Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and c4777 ("c4777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://c4777.cam (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform — whether by registering an account, browsing the site, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of c4777 — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of c4777, including users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

c4777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by ineligible persons — including minors — will be suspended immediately and any funds in the account subject to review.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of c4777, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one registered account on the Platform. The opening of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. c4777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any third party. c4777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You agree to notify c4777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account by emailing [email protected].

4.4 KYC Verification

c4777 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals, permitting access to certain features, or at any other time at c4777's discretion. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or suspension.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, c4777 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Resell, sublicence or otherwise commercially exploit the Platform or any of its content.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Platform to create or compile a collection, database or directory.
• Use the Platform for any commercial, political or other non-personal purpose.

c4777 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or modify the Platform or any feature thereof at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any interruption or unavailability of the Platform caused by technical issues, maintenance, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount in PKR, and bet type — before confirming. c4777 is not responsible for any errors made by the User during the bet placement process.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or market page and are subject to change at c4777's discretion. Bets placed outside permitted limits may be voided.

6.3 Void Bets

c4777 reserves the right to void any bet placed where there has been a manifest error (including incorrect odds published due to a technical fault), where the event or market has been suspended or cancelled, or where there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive or irregular betting patterns.

6.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting on c4777 covers a wide range of events, including Pakistan cricket (Test, ODI and T20I matches), PSL/T20 fixtures, ICC tournament games, international football leagues and UFC events. All results are determined on the basis of the official result at the time the relevant market closes. c4777's decision on settlement is final.

6.5 Casino & Live Games

Casino games and live dealer games on c4777 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game, as displayed within the game interface. RTP (return-to-player) percentages shown on the Platform are illustrative figures based on game design and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

7.1 Deposits

You may fund your c4777 account using the payment methods displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar context for Pakistani users. • Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. c4777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

• Minimum qualifying deposit amounts, minimum odds restrictions and eligible game or market restrictions apply to each offer as stated in the promotion details.

You are granted no right, title or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited personal-use licence described in Clause 5. Unauthorised reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, c4777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss arising from a technical failure, system outage, interruption of service or data corruption outside of c4777's reasonable control.
• Any decision made by a User to place a bet or wager, or the outcome of any such bet or wager.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information, content or tools available on the Platform, including betting tips, odds displays or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit c4777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c4777 Platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of a third party.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using automated bots, scripts or other software to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly authorised by c4777.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, fraud or manipulation of any game, bet or market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system vulnerabilities or bonus structures in bad faith.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening c4777 staff or other users.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any outstanding bonus or winnings forfeited. c4777 reserves the right to report any prohibited conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

c4777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Account inactivity beyond the period set out in the Platform's dormancy policy.
• Regulatory requirement, court order or direction from a relevant authority.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting c4777 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which c4777 holds its applicable operating licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional restrictions on online gambling activities that are independent of and supplementary to these Terms.

c4777 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access to or use of the Platform from jurisdictions where such access is prohibited is entirely at the User's own risk and responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution, unless a court of competent jurisdiction determines otherwise.

c4777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent changes took effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of your rights and obligations as a User of c4777.
